Training & Client Onboarding

We don’t just hand you a finished website and wish you luck. When your new site launches, we make sure you actually know how to use it.

We provide live online training for you and your team, walking through everything you need to manage your own content — adding pages, updating text and images, posting events, publishing blog posts, whatever applies to your site. We go at your pace and answer your questions as we go.

We also stick around for the transition period. New website launches can be a bit of a change, especially if you’ve been doing things a certain way for a long time. If something comes up, if something’s confusing, or if you just need a refresher, we’re here.
