Bridge to Rutland

Bridge to Rutland is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that helps resettle and support asylum seekers in Rutland County, Vermont. Their big annual fundraiser is their Arts Marathon. Managing this event on their website was laborious. They needed a way to make it easier for their volunteers.

ProFunction Web created a mechanism that allowed the form filled out by their registering artists to be turned directly into their fundraising page on the website. Organization volunteers simply add a shortcode link for their donation form. These pages also automatically formed the artist directory for the fundraiser. After the fundraiser is over, volunteers can add updates to each artist in the website backend, and a post-fundraiser gallery will be created.

We also freshened up their website to make it more inviting for community members to learn more about the issues they address.
